focused chakra to stumach moves it up to mouth and out of mouth uses hand signs be4 spitting fire and fire ball jutsu a fire ball comes out of mouth thnx g2g BRB

(for when u get back) for shadow poss. do the same but move ur chakra to ur feet and into ur shadow
