no u can not control the dead because it is a jutsu i no cause i have it
human puppet it also 2 high of a level to learn
pupet jutsu is not bloodline others can learn it to

Alright hopefully this is my last request i checked and no one said anything about this. May I please have water manipulation. i know its wierd im sand ninja, but i like water. so can i have it.

To be specific, i will be able to use it sorta like garra sand you know like shield and weapon sorta thing. and when i am jounin or high power chuunin i can create water from no where. maybe high power jounin, who knows
